PIX payment

Drawings are paid with PIX.

1. 1.

   After you click Send, Drawgg analyzes the drawing and generates a PIX QR code with the drawing price.

2. 2.

   Scan the QR code in your bank app or click Copy PIX code and use PIX Copy and Paste.

3. 3.

   Wait for the message Payment confirmed!. The drawing goes to the streamer's live.

If you pay and close the page before the confirmation, the drawing is sent when the bank confirms the payment.

Expiration

The QR code expires. The expiration date and time appear below the code. After that time, send the drawing again to generate a new code.

Payment not confirmed

• The drawing does not go to the live and no amount is charged.

• If the bank rejects the PIX, the screen shows PIX failed. Generate a new code.

• Drawings without a confirmed payment are deleted after 24 hours.
