Why was my drawing refused

Before the payment, Drawgg analyzes every drawing automatically. The analysis takes a few seconds. While it runs, the send button shows Analyzing the drawing.

What is refused

  • Nudity or sexual content.

  • Hate speech: attacks on people because of race, color, ethnicity, religion, origin, gender, sexual orientation or disability.

  • Insult: name-calling or an offense against a person.

  • Extremist symbols, such as the swastika.

  • Threats of violence.

  • Personal data, such as phone number, address, CPF or e-mail.

What happens to the drawing

  • The board shows a message with the reason for the refusal.

  • The drawing stays on the board. Erase the refused part and click Send again.

  • A refused drawing is not charged. The PIX is only generated after the analysis releases the drawing.

If it was a mistake

If you think the refusal was a mistake, open a ticket in the Drawing category. Include the channel, the date and the time you sent it. The Drawgg team reviews the analysis.
