My drawing did not appear on stream

• The payment is not confirmed yet. The drawing only goes to the live after the PIX is confirmed.

• The streamer uses queue mode. Your drawing waits for the drawings sent before it.

• The queue is paused. The drawing waits until the streamer resumes the queue.

• The streamer stopped the live on Drawgg or the widget is disconnected.

• The streamer removed the drawing. Streamers can remove drawings from the queue and from the screen.

What to do

If the payment was confirmed and the drawing did not appear, open a ticket in the Drawing category. Include the channel, the date, the time and the amount paid.

Drawing payments are not refundable, except in case of a proven Drawgg technical failure that prevents the display. The request must be made within 7 days after the payment. Full rule in item 5.4 of the Terms of Use.
