PIX withdrawals

Before the first withdrawal

• Profile with full name, CPF, email, phone number and birth date.

• Email verified with the 6-digit code sent by Drawgg.

• PIX key registered in Financial Data > Payment Info. The key can be a CPF, an email, a phone number or a random key.

How to request

   Open Wallet > Withdraw and click Request withdrawal.

2. 2.

   Enter the amount. The minimum is R$ 10.00 and the maximum is your Available balance.

3. 3.

   Click Confirm withdrawal.

If a requirement is missing, the dashboard shows the list of missing items.

The requested amount leaves the Available balance and stays in the Pending balance. The Drawgg team reviews the request and sends the PIX transfer to the registered key.

Tracking

Wallet > Withdrawal History shows each request with one of these statuses:

• Requested: request received, waiting for the team review.

• Processing: transfer in progress.

• Completed: amount sent to your PIX key.

• Failed: the transfer was not made. The amount returns to the Available balance. Click Try again to request it again.

• Canceled: the request was canceled and the amount returned to the Available balance.

If the withdrawal fails again, open a ticket in the Withdrawal category. Include the date and the amount of the request.
