Prices and fees
Drawing price
You set two values in Financial Data > Pricing:
Price per pixel: charged for the drawing area, in square pixels. Default: R$ 0.00005.
Price per second: charged for the time the drawing stays on screen. Default: R$ 0.04.
Price = area × price per pixel + seconds on screen × price per second. The result is rounded to cents.
The area is the rectangle around the drawing, measured on the 1920x1080 widget screen. The Cost preview, on the same tab, calculates the total for a sample area and time.
Example with the default values: a 400 x 300 pixel drawing for 30 seconds. Area: 120,000 × R$ 0.00005 = R$ 6.00. Time: 30 × R$ 0.04 = R$ 1.20. Total: R$ 7.20.
While you are live, the dashboard does not allow changes to the values. Stop the live to change them.
Fees
From each paid drawing, these amounts are deducted:
Drawgg fee: 7% of the amount paid.
Payment gateway fee (Mercado Pago): the amount the gateway charges for that payment.
The rest goes to the Available balance in your Wallet when the payment is confirmed.
Example: a R$ 10.00 drawing. Drawgg fee: R$ 0.70. You receive R$ 9.30 minus the gateway fee.
