Delete your account and data
1.
Sign in with Twitch. This links the ticket to your account.
2.
Open a ticket in Support in the Account and data category.
3.
In the subject, write Data deletion.
4.
The team replies by email.
If there is a balance in your Wallet, request a withdrawal before asking for the deletion.
Financial data, such as transactions and withdrawals, is kept for the period required by tax law. See item 6 of the Privacy Policy. Your rights under the LGPD are in item 7.
